Born in Greece to Nigerian parents and raised in London, DJ Copernicus, aka The Mashups Maestro, has been shaped by a lifetime of living between cultures, a background as a trained musician, and a gift for bringing people together. He carries something to the decks that no playlist can manufacture: a genuinely multicultural musical DNA that spans generations.
Where other DJs cross genres, he blends worlds and mixes cultures. Afrobeats, R&B, Latin, Bollywood, Jazz, and Pop converge into something neither culture could have made alone.
With over 15 years commanding rooms across the UK, the US, and Europe, DJ Copernicus has played high-profile weddings, elite corporate events, and cultural celebrations for clients including Grammy-nominated saxophonist Yolanda Brown and UFC legend Michael ‘Venom’ Page, who called him “a master at creating the perfect vibe.”
